About Scrum Lobby

The problem

Remote standups tend to start late and cold. People trickle in, cameras stay off, and the first few minutes are spent waiting instead of syncing. Multiply that across every scrum ceremony in a sprint and it adds up.

The approach

Scrum Lobby is a shared screen everyone sees before the meeting starts. A countdown so no one has to guess when things kick off, the weather in each teammate's city so the room feels human, and a bit of music so silence isn't the first thing anyone hears.

Who it's for

Scrum Masters and Agile coaches running distributed teams — plus anyone who leads recurring remote ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros, backlog refinement) and wants them to start on time and in the right mood.
